Our Pain Management Program employs treatment options for pain management including nerve blocks, trigger point injections and medication management. When conventional treatments are not sufficient, other implantable devices may be considered.

Meet the Team
Dr. Erosa is a pain management specialist who completed an interventional main medicine fellowship at Albert Einstein College of Medicine / Montefiore Medical Center. He is dual board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation and pain medicine by both the ACGME and AOA.
Office Locations
Dalu Lewis is a Nurse Practitioner with dual Board Certifications in Family Health, Hospice and Palliative Medicine. She completed her Undergraduate Nursing education at The College of Staten Island, and obtained her Masters in science of nursing at Wagner College. In 2018 Dalu was accepted into a Hospice and Palliative Care Fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering, which she completed in July 2019 and obtained Board Certification. With years of experience in symptom and pain management, she finds it a privilege to provide care to patients during such vulnerable times.
