Michelle Pecoraro

Michelle Pecoraro is currently the Associate Vice President for Network Operations at the Richmond Health Network, having recently been promoted from Assistant Vice President in May 2025. She was born and raised in Staten Island. Her career started out on Wall Street, but she always felt that the healthcare industry was where her passion was.

While being a mother to two small children, Michelle took an interest in working for a healthcare organization as clinical support staff. Eventually, her success led her to running Northwell’s Staten Island outpatient department as the overseeing practice administrator. After her 11-year venture at Northwell, she decided to join RUMC as the Regional Director for the physician group. In the last year, Michelle spearheaded the opening of an accredited outpatient procedure office that services GI patients aside from many other projects that serve the community of Staten Island.

In 2024, Michelle was promoted to Assistant Vice President where she continued to grow the network services working alongside the clinical and administrative leadership. She enjoys her family, grandson and taking vacations. She is very excited to be part of the Richmond Health Network and is proud to work with such a fantastic team.
