Comprehensive, Compassionate Care with Whole Person Approach
Our geriatric medicine team recognizes that healthy aging involves not only medical care, but also emotional well-being, independence, family support, and quality of life. We specialize in comprehensive, personalized care that considers physical health, cognitive function, emotional well‑being, mobility, medications, and social support, all working together.

- Maintenance of function, mobility, and independence
- Psychosocial, emotional, and cognitive health
- Support for caregivers and families

Our social work and care coordination teams partner closely with patients and families to navigate healthcare decisions and transitions.
