Assistant Vice President
Milla Ahmadullina is an Assistant Vice President at the Richmond Health Network – RUMCs wide physician system. Milla graduated from Bernard M. Baruch College with a business administration degree specializing in finance. After contemplating her next career goals and choosing a career path that led to serving the people – she decided to pursue her master’s in public administration specializing particularly in healthcare. She graduated with her master’s degree from Long Island University in 2019 and simultaneously started her career at Richmond University Medical Center.
Throughout her career at Richmond University Medical Center, Milla has demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication. She successfully spearheaded the opening of RUMC’s first School-Based Health Center at Susan E. Wagner High School, showcasing her project management skills and commitment to community engagement.
Having managed various clinics and practices in Staten Island, Milla’s expertise led her to her current role as Assistant Vice President of the physician group. In this capacity, she oversees the OB/GYN and Primary Care specialties, ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services across all specialties. Milla’s professional journey exemplifies her commitment to making a positive impact in the healthcare sector and serving the community, as she has always dreamed of.
